One Plus 8 Review & Specs

2019 was an interesting year for OnePlus, which split its lineup between the flagship specs at a mid-range price in the One plus 8 pro and the more polished  true budget flagship One plus 8 pro.

The OnePlus 8 Pro is the result of a relentless battle with Samsung. It’s an Android phone that spares almost no expense in the quest to include the most powerful, best hardware components. The result is the fastest Android phone experience money can buy — starting at $899.

The OnePlus 8 hasn’t quite made that same attempt, but it’s still a good phone at a good price. It’s the OnePlus device to get if you don’t care about the features that OnePlus devices have traditionally been missing.

Connectivity options on the OnePlus 8 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/Yes, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The OnePlus 8 supports face unlock.
